Will or Trust

Leave a Legacy of Hope
One of the most meaningful gifts you can make is one that continues sharing Christ's love for generations to come.
By remembering Spirit FM in your will or trust, you create a lasting legacy that helps future listeners discover faith, hope, and encouragement.
A planned gift costs nothing today but can have an eternal impact for years to come.
If you've already included Spirit FM in your estate plans, we'd love the opportunity to thank you and welcome you into our legacy giving family.
Ways to Leave a Legacy Gift
Include Spirit FM in Your Will or Trust
One of the most common ways to leave a legacy gift is by including Spirit FM in your will or living trust.
You may choose to leave:
• A specific dollar amount
• A percentage of your estate
• A residual gift (what remains after other gifts are distributed)
These gifts allow you to provide for your loved ones while also supporting a ministry that has been meaningful in your life.
“I give devise, and bequeath (amount, percentage, residue and remainder) to Gregory L. Parkes, as Bishop of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg, and his successors in office, a Corporation Sole, for the use of WBVM Spirit FM 90.5 in Tampa.”
Name Spirit FM as a Beneficiary
Another simple option is naming Spirit FM as a beneficiary of certain financial accounts.
These gifts often require only a beneficiary designation form from your financial institution and can be updated at any time.
You may designate Spirit FM as a beneficiary of:
• Retirement accounts (IRAs, 401(k), 403(b))
• Brokerage or investment accounts
• Life insurance policies
• Payable-on-death bank accounts
Because these gifts pass directly by beneficiary designation, they often avoid probate and are easy to arrange.
“To Gregory L. Parkes, as Bishop of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg, and his successors in office, a Corporation Sole, for the use of WBVM Spirit FM 90.5 in Tampa.”
