magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem, saying,
"Where is the newborn king of the Jews?
We saw his star at its rising
and have come to do him homage."

Where did the Wise Men meet? I asked the question on the kids' show, Kid's Kingdom, yesterday and we didn't find an answer as to where or how they met. Scripture tells us they each followed this wondrous cosmic event, a star, and may have thought they met coincidentally, by happenstance, when we see now as a critical part of the Divine plan. They arrived together to pay the Christ Child homage and bring their gifts.
I may not know how they met, but I can see they followed the promptings of the Holy Spirit and God graced them with the journey of a lifetime. They came from different regions and with different languages, but they became unified in their mutual desire to seek the Christ, the True God, the God of Love. May we this year, also continue to seek the way of Jesus, and by following Him, be unified with our brothers and sisters from all different walks who seek Him too.
