The LORD says:
You, Bethlehem-Ephrathah,
too small to be among the clans of Judah,
From you shall come forth for me
one who is to be ruler in Israel;
Micah 5:1
No one is too small or too insignificant for God! Even the smallest of insects play a dominant role in not only drving us nuts (looking at you no see-ums) but also revitalizing the plants and environment. Let's not underestimate what God can do in our own lives. I dare say alot of us "box God in" to a compartmentalized version of our lives when we want to know exactly what will happen next and how our lives will progress. God is much bigger than our boxes so let's try to remain in His Presence more often than not today, by saying short prayers throughout the day.
And when you feel insigificant, or like you are not being noticed, we can turn to Jesus and remember that He never stops noticing us, loving us, and He is always with us. We are just the "right size" for Him!
