I will turn their mourning into joy,

How's that Lenten "give up" or "take on something new" going ? Are you giving in on the giving up? I ask because I'll admit that for me...mmm, not so consistent with all that I set out to do a few weeks ago. But as a consolation, I will say on a positive note that I have learned alot about changing habits around and also identifying patterns of stress in myself and my family, that can be relieved (perhaps only be relieved) by quiet prayer and turning over what I cannot control to God. I look at Jesus on the cross and appreciate Him in a whole new way.
As we enter Holy Week, let's renew our commitments in whatever way, shape or form they have become this Lenten journey, knowing that it is precisely in the journey where we learn to rely on God's presence in our lives. You see, it is not necessarily all about the end, it is also very much about the process that gets us there.
