Ananias went and entered the house; laying his hands on him, he said, "Saul, my brother, the Lord has sent me, Jesus who appeared to you on the way by which you came, that you may regain your sight and be filled with the holy Spirit." ACTS 9:17
We all love a good conversion story. We enjoy hearing about a new church member's moment - when and why they gave their heart to God. Maybe it's because we all can relate to the experience. We all have our own story to share. Saul's conversion may be the greatest one ever - from being a Christian killer to becoming perhaps God's greatest deciple, Paul. Just like St. Paul, our conversion never really ends. Through our devotion to God, our faith continues to grow deeper. And while our story may not be as dramatic as that of Saul, it is just as meaningful. Not only to us, but to all we share it with.
Who will you touch today by sharing a bit of your faith? How can your story motivate another to find Jesus?
Lord, let my own relationship with you spark a light in others to seek your face.
