Procrastination is an issue a lot of people struggle with. It's fairly common to want to put things off, especially difficult things. Jesus, of course, knows this and may have been trying to circumvent that tendency in those who would hear His disciples preaching by driving home the urgency of developing a relationship with God. We should also follow the Lord with that same haste and not put off growing in love and grace. Why wait to dive into the goodness the Lord has for us?

What's keeping you from developing a vibrant relationship with Jesus?
Lord, help me to not put off or neglect my relationship with you.
