One of the most important duties of a Christian is to love others. It's a simple command but it can be incredibly difficult sometimes. We are to love even those we find unlovable. Thankfully, Christ is not asking us to love with a love that originates with us. The love we are called to practice is from God. It is a gift that we are invited to participate in and grow in. Next time you find loving your neighbor difficult, ask God for the grace to let His love flow forth through you.
