Have you ever wondered how amazing it would be to have been to be around during Jesus' time on earth. You'd be able to see Him smile, give Him a hug, and even hear His voice as you'd hear anyone else's.
John 5:20
For the Father loves his Son and shows him everything that he himself does, and he will show him greater works than these, so that you may be amazed.
Have you ever wondered how amazing it would be to have been to be around during Jesus' time on earth. You'd be able to see Him smile, give Him a hug, and even hear His voice as you'd hear anyone else's. Imagine witnessing His miracles first-hand. What would it be like to taste the water he turned into wine, see lepers cured before your eyes, and see the dead rise? But here's the thing, the time of miracles is not over. Although we may experience Jesus in a different way now, He is no further away. His power is still at work in our world. Just think about the amazing things you've had happen in your own life. Maybe you've discovered money you didn't know you had in your time of financial hardship, seen a family member close to death recover fully from some illness with no medical explanation, or witnessed a broken marriage restored. Remember to keep your eyes open to miracles and don't be afraid to pray for them.
