Another Friday, another batch of new music for your listening pleasure here on Spirit FM! This week we added "Oh My Soul" by Casting Crowns and "Nowhere" by Sarah Reeves.
You may be familiar with the name, Sarah Reeves. Her songs "Sweet Sweet Sound", "Come Save", and "Lamb of God" saw significant airplay on stations across the country a few years ago. After focusing for a time on writing songs for other artists, she's back on the scene as a performer with her latest single, "Nowhere". Oh, make sure to check out her pretty extensive collection of covers on YouTube... yeah, she's pretty talented.In early 2015, Mark Hall, the lead singer of Casting Crowns, was diagnosed with cancer. What God taught him in the midst of his struggle with the diagnosis and disease is at the heart of "Oh My Soul".
