Mark 4:30-32
"To what shall we compare the Kingdom of God,
or what parable can we use for it?
It is like a mustard seed that, when it is sown in the ground,
is the smallest of all the seeds on the earth.
But once it is sown, it springs up and becomes the largest of plants
and puts forth large branches,
so that the birds of the sky can dwell in its shade."
Often times in ordinary life we begin to compare ourselves to every other person we meet, we put them down or we condemn ourselves for not being "as good as" them. Our faith is a faith for the little people in life who are always dependent on our Abba to pick us up and help us walk again. So if you find yourself insufficient and unworthy today rejoice because the little mustard seed that you can move mountains. Let's remember that we are still growing in the garden of the Lord and if we let go and let God he will provide.
