You and I have been given much. Even amidst whatever difficulty, obstacle, tragedy, or sickness which you or your loved one might be experiencing at this moment, you and I have received much. Grace has been poured in abundance upon our misery, sinfulness, and brokenness. Christ's cross has already paid the price for our pride and arrogance. How blessed we are.
Yet how quick we accuse, castigate and calumniate. Romans reminds us to be constantly aware and attentive to the abundant graces poured out upon us. A disposition of gratitude enables us to engage with the realities of the lives and world around us with mercy, affection, and care.May we actively strive to manifest the grace of God in our neighbor's life.

Did you know...
Fr. Chuck Dornquast is a son of St. Joseph Parish in Zephyrhills. After graduating from Zephyrhills High School he entered the seminary where he would spend the next 9 years. While in seminary he spent time at many of our diocesan parishes and discovered more and more the heart of Christ the High Priest within him. After ordination, he spent his first 4 years of priesthood as the associate pastor of St. Lawrence in Tampa. He currently serves the Diocese of St. Petersburg as the Director of Vocations.
