"Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed." John 20:29
Do you believe? On the surface we say, "Sure I believe in Jesus." But do you really? We are taught to turn all of our problems over to Him, but do we? We are taught to pray for guidance in everything we do, but do we? Most of the time we want to control everything in our lives, and we are quick to take the credit. But we know that he gives us everything. If you saw Jesus today would you believe it was him? Maybe if he was dressed in white, had a halo or glow around his body or had rays shooting from his heart. Do you really believe in Jesus? Do you have to see him to believe? We encounter Jesus in many people. We see him in the poor, the sick, the less fortunate. We see him in the generous, the ones that give freely of their time and talent. We see him in the Eucharist. But is that enough for you? Jesus tells Thomas, and us, "blessed are those who have not seen and have believed." Look for him in your walk today.

Do you need to see a miracle to believe?
Lord, give me the faith to believe in you in all times and circumstances!
