Happy New Year, friend! The beginning of a New Year usually brings along resolutions. I have my usual goals: drink more water, workout more, read more, etc. A new resolution that I want to add into 2022 though is to bless people more. As in... more than just after they sneeze.
It's really easy for us to think about ourselves because that's how we experience life. But in 2022, how could things change if we thought more about others? Some examples could be praying for people as they come to mind and encouraging the efforts of friends in their own resolutions. And if you don't quite know what to do, you can always pray the blessing from today's first reading!
