Truly living as a Christian takes courage. One of the daily battles we fight is against our own desires. We often know what the right thing to do is, but abandon this truth because of our own selfishness. But the immensely good news is that we have a not-so-secret weapon: the Holy Spirit. The Spirit is our advocate and a source of wisdom and comfort when the battle looks bleak. Find peace in this powerful presence. If you fall, know there is forgiveness and healing in the Cross. Just get back up and rejoin the good fight. Our failures are temporary but his love is everlasting and always ready to welcome you back into His ranks.
